1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order ID is required.
Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on Sale / Clearance / Discount
- Customized or personalized orders
3. Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange only for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item received
Exchange will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
If unavailable, store credit can be issued.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Item not available for exchange
Refund method:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check.

- Our team will review and approve your request.
- The product must be packed securely and handed over to the pickup agent (if pickup available) or shipped by the customer depending on location.
6. Shipping for Returns
- For defective/wrong product: Free return pickup
- For size exchange: Return shipping may be borne by customer (optional—customise)
Return shipping cost is non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
